Mercy Spinal Surgeon and Marathoner Dr. Charles Edwards II to Participate in Annual 5k Run to Support Marian House

On Sept. 26th, 2015, the 7th annual Marian House 5K Run and Walk, to support and celebrate the women of Marian House, will be held at 9 a.m. from Lake Montebello in Baltimore City. Dr. Edwards II, noted spine surgeon of The Maryland Spine Center at Mercy Medical Center, leads a pre-race stretching and warm-up session for the race. Recently, writer Michelle Bond met with Dr. Edwards II at his home for an interview regarding Dr. Edwards’ commitment to the mission of the Sisters of Mercy and his support for Marian House.
