Clayton Alexander, M.D., is a Fellowship-trained orthopedic surgeon in The Shoulder, Elbow, Wrist and Hand Center at Mercy Medical Center in Baltimore, Maryland. Board Certified in Orthopedic Surgery, Dr. Alexander specializes in the repair and reconstruction of injuries to the elbow, wrist, hand and fingers. He also treats patients for conditions and injuries of the elbow, upper arm and shoulder. Recognized by his peers for excellence in his field, Dr. Alexander has been named a "Top Doctor" by Baltimore magazine in the Orthopedic Surgery (Hand) category.

Dr. Clayton Alexander received his medical degree from the University of Maryland School of Medicine and completed his Residency in Orthopedic Surgery at the Johns Hopkins University. He completed a Hand Surgery Fellowship at Wellspan York Hospital in York, Pennsylvania. He is a member of the American Society for Surgery of the Hand, American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons and Maryland Orthopaedic Association.
