Leigh Tracy, RD, LDN, CDE, a dietitian and diabetes educator at The Center for Endocrinology at Mercy Medical Center in Baltimore, focuses on helping patients with various chronic conditions make healthy and manageable diet choices. Leigh is dedicated to patient education and community involvement. Prior to her current role at Mercy she worked in Mercy's Center for Endocrinology to complete the clinical portion of her Dietetic Internship through the University of Maryland, College Park.

Leigh Tracy understands that chronic conditions, such as diabetes and cancer, can affect how patients eat. She is committed to helping her patients develop the most effective diet plans and educating them about proper nutrition to maintain a healthy lifestyle.
As the Diabetes Education Program Coordinator for The Center for Endocrinology, Leigh conducts diabetes self-management training, weight management education and gestational diabetes and diabetes classes.
In addition to counseling patients with diabetes, Leigh works closely with Mercy’s outpatient cancer patients so they receive the best nutritional balance possible to help them through cancer treatment and recovery.
