Sangeetha Subramanian, M.Sc., RD, LDN, is a Clinical Dietitian at The Center for Endocrinology at Mercy. She believes proper nutrition plays an important role in the overall health of her patients. Clinical Dietitian Sangeetha Subramanian understands that chronic conditions, such as diabetes, cardiovascular disease and hypertension can affect a patient’s life. She believes educating patients about nutrition and how it affects the body is a key to living a healthy life. She works individually with patients to develop nutrition plans, and provides educational materials for patients to use on a daily basis.
