Frank H. Morris, M.D., is a Baltimore area cardiologist who sees patients at The Heart Center at Lutherville, a satellite location of The Heart Center at Mercy. He offers patients clinical expertise in the diagnosis and treatment of cardiovascular disease.

Dr. Frank Morris has served patients of the Greater Baltimore area for several decades and is known for his friendly manner and dedication to his patients. He has been recognized by Baltimore magazine as a "Top Doctor" in cardiology.

He provides preventive cardiology and screening for patients at high risk for heart disease and heart attack. He also helps patients manage chronic heart disease including coronary artery disease, high blood pressure and arrhythmia. 

Well-respected in the area for providing quality cardiology services, Dr. Frank Morris was named Chief of Cardiology and Director of the Cardiac Catheterization Laboratory at University of Maryland St. Joseph Medical Center. 

Dr. Morris retains his clinical cardiology practice at Lutherville Personal Physicians in addition to his administrative role at St. Joseph Medical Center. His affiliation with the two health care institutions allows for a collaborative relationship, resulting in expanded services for patients in the Towson/Lutherville area with heart disease and heart conditions.
