Vascular Evaluations Offered at Mercy Medical Center

The Vascular Center at Mercy

The surgeons at The Institute for Foot and Ankle Reconstruction and The Vascular Center at Mercy work collaboratively to help patients who may be at risk for vascular disease.

What is a Vascular Evaluation?

A vascular evaluation is performed to diagnose circulatory disorders, such as peripheral vascular disease. Artery blockages in the legs can lead to poor blood circulation in the foot and ankle. Often symptoms of vascular disease, such as pain, swelling and ulcers, can begin in the foot and ankle.
