Physical Therapy and Occupational Therapy at Mercy Medical Center

Restorative Therapies - PT, OT, Speech - Mercy - Baltimore

The physicians of The Shoulder, Elbow, Wrist and Hand Center at Mercy Medical Center work with The Center for Restorative Therapies at Mercy to provide preventive, evaluative and rehabilitative services for patients who have pain, injuries or movement problems in the upper extremities. Outpatient physical therapy may be recommended as a first course of treatment to relieve pain in the shoulder, elbow, wrist or hand.

Following surgery to the upper extremities, Mercy’s licensed physical and occupational therapists visit patients in the hospital to help patients regain strength prior to discharge from the hospital.
