Dr. Kieran Brune, Board Certified in Pulmonary Disease and Internal Medicine, specializes in common and complex lung conditions. She offers clinical proficiency in conditions and disorders such as asthma, COPD, and pulmonary hypertension. 

Dr. Brune works in tandem with referring physicians and Mercy’s skilled team of pulmonologists and specialists in providing patients complete and comprehensive care. She takes the time to listen to her patients’ needs and concerns while helping them to better understand their condition throughout the treatment process.

Comprehensive Lung Testing

Dr. Brune utilizes the The Lung Center’s on-site pulmonary function laboratory to diagnose patient disorders. The diagnostic services allow Dr. Kieran Brune to determine lung function, detect lung disorders in early stages, assist with the diagnosis of a lung disorder, and assess the progression of lung disease. She uses these results to develop treatment strategies that fit the needs of each patient.

Dr. Kieran Brune sees patients in the McAuley Plaza on Mercy’s Downtown Baltimore campus. She also sees patients at Mercy Personal Physicians at Lutherville and Mercy Personal Physicians at Overlea, allowing patients convenient and easy access to Mercy’s top quality specialty care.
