Elisa Jones, MS, CRNP, FNP-C, is a Certified Registered Nurse Practitioner, with Mercy Personal Physicians Downtown. She provides primary care services for adults, including wellness evaluations, routine physical examinations, health screenings and immunizations.

Comprehensive Primary Care

Elisa Jones, CRNP, provides a broad range of primary care services as well as diagnosing and treating acute illnesses. She also develops and manages plans for chronic conditions and ongoing care. Nurse Practitioner Elisa Jones works individually with patients to build a health management plan to fit their condition.

Clinical Nursing Experience and Care

Nurse Practitioner Elisa Jones earned her Master of Science degrees in Family Nurse Practitioner and Clinical Nurse Leader from the University of Maryland, Baltimore. She received her Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from Towson State University. She a diverse background in a variety of direct patient care settings in primary care and several specialties practices.
