Erin Hansen, M.D., MHS, FACP, is a Board Certified Internal Medicine physician providing comprehensive primary care at Mercy Personal Physicians at Overlea in Eastern Baltimore County. Dr. Hansen welcomes patients from Carney, Fullerton, Overlea, Parkville, Perry Hall, and White Marsh and throughout the greater Baltimore area.

Internal Medicine and Adult Primary Care

Dr. Hansen provides primary care for adults 18 and older, offering continuity of care for both acute and chronic medical needs. She provides diagnosis and treatment for acute illnesses including colds, flu, infections and minor injuries, as well as ongoing management for chronic conditions such as diabetes, heart disease, high blood pressure, and high cholesterol.

As an experienced primary care doctor and internist in Baltimore County, Dr. Hansen emphasizes preventive care and building long-term patient relationships to achieve optimal health outcomes.

Geriatrics, Women’s Health and Preventive Medicine

Dr. Hansen has special clinical interests in geriatric care, preventive medicine and women's health. Her women's health services include annual well-woman visits, menopause management and pap smears.

She is dedicated to helping patients actively participate in their health through personalized education, preventive screenings and evidence based support to improve quality of life.
