Kate A. Allen, CRNP, is a Certified Nurse Practitioner, specializing in Internal Medicine. She treats adults 18 years and older at Mercy Personal Physicians at Glen Burnie, located at 7927 Ritchie Highway – serving  the residents of Glen Burnie, Pasadena, Gibson Island and Severna Park.

Patient-Centered Primary Care

Nurse Practitioner Kate Allen provides comprehensive diagnosis and treatment for acute illnesses and creates and executes patient management plans for chronic conditions and continuous care. She has special interest in women’s health while offering routine evaluations, general wellness exams and health education. 

Kate Allen, CRNP, knows the importance of listening to and communicating effectively with patients. She encourages her patients to ask questions and helps them to understand their conditions in an effort to provide the highest level of care.

Humanitarian Service & Compassionate Care

Kate Allen, CRNP, served as a Tau Volunteer in Yalpemech, Guatemala. She provided health education, nutritional support, general primary care and emergency care to an impoverished community of 240 families. Challenged with the lack of electricity, running water and standard equipment and supplies, she relied heavily on basic assessment skills and innovative care.
