Robert L. Moss, M.D., is Medical Director at Mercy Personal Physicians at Westminster. He also sees patients at Mercy Personal Physicians at Reisterstown.

Board Certified in Internal Medicine, Dr. Moss has been caring for the men and women in the Reisterstown, Glyndon, Owings Mills, Northwest Baltimore County and Carroll County areas for more than 25 years.

Primary Care Specialist

Dr. Moss is an experienced primary care specialist who is dedicated to the health and well-being of adults from age 21 through end of life. Patients turn to Dr. Moss for his compassionate care and ability to listen to their needs and health concerns. Dr. Moss provides disease prevention and management and offers some of the best treatment options for conditions that may affect adults and the elderly.  

Respected Authority on Internal Medicine and Geriatric Care

Dr. Robert Moss enjoys passing on his knowledge of primary care and geriatric diagnoses and treatments. As an Associate Professor for the Nurse Practitioner programs at both Johns Hopkins and University of Maryland for more than 20 years, Dr. Moss teaches future Nurse Practitioners the intricacies of Internal Medicine and Geriatric care.

Dedicated to the Community

Dr. Moss has been a resident of Reisterstown, Maryland, for nearly 30 years. He is an avid sports fan, especially for Baltimore Orioles’ baseball and Ravens’ football, as well as a music enthusiast.
