Jasmine Toor, M.D.
Jasmine Toor, M.D., FACP, is a Fellowship-trained, Board Certified physician specializing in Primary Care Sports Medicine. She is the Director of Sports Concussions at Sports Medicine at Mercy in Baltimore, Maryland. Dr. Toor offers prevention, diagnosis and non-operative treatment of acute and chronic injuries related to sports and exercise, such as concussions, ligament injuries and overuse conditions, as well as athlete-specific medical conditions. Dr. Toor treats athletes and active individuals 13 years of age and older.
Dr. Toor sees patients on the Mercy campus in Downtown Baltimore, as well as Mercy Personal Physicians at Hunt Valley, Lutherville and Overlea. She has been recognized as a "Top Doctor" by Baltimore magazine.
Director of Sports Concussions
As Director of Sports Concussions, Dr. Toor develops concussion protocols and coordinates concussion care for sports medicine and orthopedic patients, as well as Business Health Services. In addition, Dr. Toor provides concussion education and support for Mercy Primary Care Physicians and serves as a liaison between The Orthopedic Specialty Hospital at Mercy and regional sports programs.
Primary Care Sports Medicine
Dr. Jasmine Toor provides comprehensive care for acute injuries such as sprains and strains, non-surgical fractures and dislocations. She treats several orthopedic conditions including arthritis and injuries to the foot and ankle, knee, hip, shoulder and elbow. Dr. Toor also provides ultrasound-guided injections for joint pain relief. She also treats chronic injuries caused by overuse or normal wear and tear. Dr. Toor provides oversight throughout the patient process. She is an advocate for patient education and promotes injury prevention and optimal health of the athlete at every age. She spends time with each patient to evaluate their movement patterns, diagnose orthopedic function and work through treatment, therapy and rehabilitation.

Dr. Toor utilizes a collaborative approach to care with convenient access to Mercy’s wide-ranging team of specialists. As a member of The Orthopedic Specialty Hospital at Mercy, she works in close coordination with a number of renowned orthopedic surgeons in a variety of specialties, including orthopedics and joint replacement, foot and ankle, sports medicine, spine and upper extremity care.
