Kia N. Hollis, MSN, CNM, is a certified nurse midwife with Metropolitan OB/GYN, a practice affiliated with The Family Childbirth and Children's Center at Mercy. She earned her Master’s degree in Nursing and Nurse-Midwifery from the Frances Payne Bolton School at Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland, Ohio and completed her undergraduate degree in Biology from High Point University in North Carolina. Kia Hollis, CNM, is a member of the American College of Nurse Midwives.

Nurse midwife Kia Hollis offers a full range of midwifery care, including management for both high- and low-risk prenatal and postpartum patients. She educates her patients on the importance of proper nutrition, stress management, breast feeding and infant care. In addition to her duties as a midwife, she offers comprehensive gynecologic care to women of all ages – from puberty through menopause. She provides annual exams, screenings and educational support.

Kia Hollis, CNM, is certified in Neonatal Resuscitation and also is a trained and certified doula.
