Patricia McMullen, CRNP

Patricia McMullen, PhD, JD, CNS, CRNP, is a certified registered nurse practitioner with Mercy Physicians at Annapolis, a satellite site of Mercy Medical Center’s renowned women's health center of excellence. She works alongside gynecologist Dr. Susan Todd Peeler in the diagnosis and treatment of GYN conditions for women of all ages, from adolescence to menopause and beyond.

Clinical Expert Committed to Women’s Health

In her role at Mercy, Dr. McMullen provides management for a range of gynecologic conditions, as well as routine well-woman care and examinations. She is committed to serving as a reliable resource for women seeking information and treatment for a variety of women’s health matters.

Dr. McMullen has an extensive and robust academic and clinical background; she currently serves as the dean of The Catholic University of America School of Nursing.

Dr. McMullen holds numerous academic achievements and honors, including being recognized with Dr. Peeler with the American Association of Colleges of Nursing and the Arnold P. Gold Foundation's Gold Interprofessional Humanism in Health Award. She is also the recipient of the 2026 American Association of Nurse Practitioners State Award for Outstanding Contributions for Maryland.
