What do I need to bring to my appointment?
Please bring a picture ID to every visit. Requests for services or Employee Incident Reports (EIR) should be obtained by your employer.
When will I know the results of my physical exam or screening tests?
Please contact the Baltimore City Human Resources Department directly for test results.
Who should I contact with questions regarding occupational health?
Your liaison can assist with your questions and needs including appointment scheduling and questions about work restrictions.
Who can address my questions about my workers' compensation case?
All questions regarding workers' compensation cases should be directed to your liaison.
May employees bring their children with them when visiting Business and Employee Health Services?
No.
What should I do for after hours care?
If you need care after hours (between 5:00 pm and 7:00 am) please use the Emergency Department of Mercy Medical Center.
