Mercy Business and Employee Health Services offers private health examinations including federal aviation physicals. Open to the public and typically not covered by insurance, this service is provided on a private-pay basis for both commercial and recreational pilots. A medical certificate is recommended prior to flight training and required before flying solo in an airplane, helicopter, gyroplane or airship.
Our doctors are authorized medical aviation examiners by the Federal Aviation Administration.
