Mercy Medical Pulmonologist, Audrey H. Liu, M.D., Named Castle Connolly 2017 "Top Doctor"

Mercy Medical Center has announced that pulmonologist Audrey H. Liu, M.D., Director of The Sleep Center at Mercy, has been recognized by Castle Connolly Medical Ltd. as a "Top Doctor” for 2017. 

The national selection process for Castle Connolly's "Top Doctors" is based on both peer nomination and extensive review by a physician-led research team. Medical training, board certifications, achievements, and other credentials are also measured during the annual selection process.

Dr. Liu is experienced in a full range of pulmonary medicine with special interests in sleep apnea and sleep disorders and bronchoscopy.  She is Board Certified in Pulmonary Disease Medicine, Critical Care Medicine and Sleep Medicine. 

Dr. Liu is a published author and has presented her research on a national level. She is the recipient of numerous clinical awards including the National Institutes of Health Ruth Kirchstein National Research Scientist Award and the American Thoracic Society Travel Award.
