This is a 6-month, multicenter prospective trial to assess the feasibility and effectiveness of a remote monitoring digital health system on adherence, clinical outcomes, and healthcare utilization for patients with Crohn's Disease or Ulcerative Colitis who are beginning treatment with either IV or subcutaneous vedolizumab.
