This is a phase III, multicenter, double-blind, placebo-controlled, treat-through study. The goals of this clinical trial are to evaluate the efficacy and safety of RO7790121 compared with placebo in inducing and maintaining remission in patients with moderately to severely active Crohn's Disease and Ulcerative colitis.
