Mercy Radiologist Dr. Mary Philip and Nicole Abrams, Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner, Appear on Mercy’s Monthly Medoscopy Series

Mary Philip, M.D., board-certified radiologist with The Tyanna O'Brien Center for Women's Imaging at Mercy in Baltimore, and Nicole Abrams, CRNP, WHNP-BC, MSN, certified women’s health nurse practitioner at The Hoffberger Breast Center at Mercy, are guests of the hospital’s ongoing talk show series, Medoscopy, airing on Facebook Watch, Tuesday and Wednesday, April 29 and 30 at 5:30 p.m. (www.facebook.com/MercyMedicalCenter).

In this latest installment, Dr. Philip and Nicole Abrams discuss how they help patients deal with a difficult diagnosis and how the opportunity to work one-on-one with those in their care played an important role in their career choices.

In addition, Dr. Philip revealed how many in her family were doctors and engineers, and how she once interned for a congressperson on Capitol Hill. Nicole discussed her Baltimore roots and her strong connection to family, as well as an interest in travel, such as to the Turks and Caicos Islands.
