Mercy Gynecologic Surgeons Dr. Tara Chadwick and Dr. Ann Peters Appear on Mercy’s Monthly Medoscopy Series

Tara Chadwick, M.D., FACOG, a board-certified gynecologist and specialty-trained surgeon, and Ann Peters, M.D., MS, a board-certified gynecologist and surgeon—both of The Institute for Gynecologic Care at Mercy—are guests of Mercy Medical Center’s ongoing talk show series, Medoscopy, airing on Facebook Watch, Tues.-Wed., July 29th and 30th, at 5:30 p.m. (www.facebook.com/MercyMedicalCenter).

A 30-minute, pre-taped program that explores the background and lives of Mercy clinicians, patients and others, Medoscopy was launched in spring 2021 and airs in two 15-minute segments. To view past episodes, visit the Medoscopy playlist on the Mercy Medical Center YouTube channel.

In this latest installment, Dr. Peters discusses growing up in Germany, living near Cologne-Dusseldorf, and how her father is also a physician. Dr. Chadwick expressed the importance she places on family and shared a small heart ornament that her eight-year-old son had gifted her.

Both Drs. Chadwick and Peters discussed their work in performing minimally invasive surgical techniques and the importance of continuing medical education in their field.
