Telemedicine Step-by-Step
We walk you through preparing for your telemedicine visit — step-by-step.
To schedule a telemedicine visit, call your doctor's office directly or schedule online via MyChart Mercy (existing patients) or Mercy's website (new patients). Please note: telemedicine options are not offered by all Mercy providers. Patients must be located within Maryland to utilize Mercy telemedicine services.
Patient Information:
- Patients need to be signed up for MyChart to use telemedicine services
- Current Patients - Sign in at the MyChart website
- New Patients - Sign up via the link in your email appointment confirmation

- Be sure your web camera is set up (desktop or laptop)
- Be sure you have downloaded the MyChart app (mobile)

- eCheck-In is required to be complete prior to the telemedicine visit
- Patients are encouraged to complete eCheck-In more than 30 minutes before their appointment
